The Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) invite youth services providers to discuss the service offerings provided by the agency, upcoming solicitations, and solicit feedback about the programs currently offered to the District's at-risk youth population. DHS' Family Services Administration (FSA) provides protection, intervention and social services to vulnerable adults and families to help reduce risk and promote self-sufficiency.
