Sustainable Purchasing Program

The District is committed to meeting its mandate to procure environmentally preferable products and services (EPPS) and purchase quality goods and services in a timely manner and reasonable cost. The EPPS program is managed in partnership by the DC Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), and the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE). Please refer to DOEE’s webpage for implementation guidance and more information about approved Sustainable Specifications.
