OCP issued solicitation Doc578403 seeking Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) for the District’s Medicaid program on November 19, 2021. OCP issued supplemental solicitation Doc598380 seeking additional MCOs on February 2, 2022. Both solicitations have since closed. In accordance with District requirements and to ensure the sustainability of the District’s Managed Care Program, the District will contract with up to three MCOs so that Medicaid beneficiaries have a choice of providers. OCP has completed the procurement process and identified the anticipated awardees. There are three pending protests at the Contract Appeals Board.  OCP will complete the award process once these protests are resolved.
