Theodore Roosevelt Bridge (TR Bridge) and approaches are a 7-lane low-level bridge that crosses the Potomac River connecting Washington DC, to Arlington, VA.
The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) intends to complete major rehabilitation of TR Bridge to address the deteriorated condition, widen the north and south sidewalks, and make safety improvements. The project will have a 17% DBE goal.
