The Government of the District of Columbia, Office of Neighborhood Safety & Engagement (ONSE) and the Office of Contracting & Procurement (OCP) will be conducting a public conference in advance of issuing new solicitations for the following services: 

Violence Intervention Services 

Violence Intervention Case Management 

Transformative Mentoring Services (part of ONSE’s Pathways initiative) 

The District will deliver a brief presentation about the nature of the programs and expected outcomes of the new contracts, as well as the mechanics of the solicitation process. Drafts of the planned solicitations will be made available for review. 

After the presentation, the District will open the floor for any questions or comments. These can be made verbally or posted in the Chat. The District will endeavor to answer as many questions as possible during the conference, but questions or comments may also be e-mailed to OCP at [email protected] and [email protected] during or after the conference. ONSE and OCP intend to review and consider all comments submitted, although the District may not be able to provide formal responses to each comment. The District will make any final revisions to the solicitations and plans to issue the solicitations in October 2021 in the District’s e-procurement portal.
