This First Source Employment Agreement (Agreement), in accordance with Workforce Intermediary Establishment and Reform of the First Source Amendment Act of 2011 (D.C. Official Code §§ 2-219.01 – 2.219.05), and relevant provisions of the Apprenticeship Requirements Amendment Act of 2004 (D.C. Official Code § 2-219.03 and § 32-1431) is a required agreement between the District of Columbia
Department of Employment Services (DOES) and EMPLOYER.
