Purchase Card Program

In an effort to prevent waste, fraud, and abuse, the DC Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) posts monthly purchase card transaction and purchase order reports. These reports allow the public to see how and where District taxpayer dollars are spent. For more information, please contact OCP's FOIA Officer.

What We Buy - Purchase Card Transactions

To ensure that District taxpayers know where, when and how their money is being spent, OCP will post all purchase card transactions in the District's Open Data Website. For information about specific transactions, please contact the purchasing agency directly.
