Service Level Agreement (SLA) Automated Program

Each agency under the executive authority of the Mayor prepares and enters into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) that projects the size and nature of their anticipated procurement workload for each coming fiscal year. The SLA Automated Program is an application that allows OCP customer agencies and OCP personnel to develop and approve SLAs via the Internet. The automated SLA serves as a readily accessible procurement guide for customer agency and contracting personnel throughout the fiscal year.
