The Office of Contracting and Procurement will host a series of town-hall style sessions for small and local businesses in all 8 wards. The series, OCP in the Wards, gives local businesses an opportunity to engage with the Chief Procurement Officer of the District of Columbia, George Schutter and hear his vision for contracting in the District. Representatives from the Department of Employment Services, Office on Aging, Department of Small and Local Business Development and Department of Consumer Regulatory Affairs’ Small Business Resource Center will also attend.
